PSG Compass uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record. Paddle handles order processing, payments, and applicable taxes for all purchases made through this website. Your transaction and invoice will be issued by Paddle, and your payment is subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3. License

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a unique license key that grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the PSG Compass software. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your license key or any part of the software is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases of PSG Compass are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and refund requests in accordance with their Buyer Terms and Conditions.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or experience a technical issue preventing use of the software, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting Paddle support or emailing us directly at psgcompass@gmail.com.
